Brett is Back... Again
Tuesday August 18, 2009 Just a few weeks after announcing his decision to retire Brett Favre officially announced that he will be returning to the National Football League to play for the Minnesota Vikings. The details of this deal are currently undisclosed but it is rumored to be a one to two year deal worth somewhere around $10 to $12 Million per year. Brett will be replacing Sage Rosenfels and Travaris Jackson at the starting QB role with the Vikings. Now a lot of people believe that Brett will have a repeat year where he will do well for the beginning of the season then break down later on due to injuries I however disagree. Unlike last year with the jets Favre will be playing among one of the best offences in the NFL not only will he be playing alongside Adrian Peterson arguably the best RB in the league but he will also have one of the best Offensive lines. There will be significantly less pressure this year on him to make the deep throw and the clutch play. With this addition the Vikes have become a huge contender for a Super Bowl championship.

Brett Favre is good. I usually don't follow sports in general, unless it has to do with my school. But Favre, Tebow, Bradford, and a select few others, them I do follow.
ReplyDeleteGreat writing. Keep it up.
